B-52 (based on the cocktail)

White cake soaked in Grand Marnier and filled with Kahlua buttercream and vanilla pastry cream. Frosted with Grand Marnier flavored buttercream.

 

Pistachio Forest Cake with a Twist

Pistachio cake filled with sour cherry compote and Valrhona chocolate pearls and frosted with vanilla buttercream.

 

Mojito Cake

Mint spiced cake, filled with dark rum mousseline, and demerara (raw) sugar crystals. Frosted with rum buttercream.

 

Orange Nut Cake

Fragrant cake made of almond and hazelnut flours, with orange zest, and filled with raspberry and coffee buttercream and raspberry preserves. Frosted with white buttercream.

 

Blackout Cake

Moist dark chocolate cake filled with alternating layers of bittersweet chocolate ganache and mocha ganache. Frosted with chocolate buttercream.

 

Chocolate Almond Cake

Light and airy chocolate cake filled with Gianduja chocolate mousse and caramel mousse. Frosted with chocolate buttercream.

 

Flourless Almond Chocolate Cake

Filled with a thin layer of raspberry preserves and Gianduja cream. Frosted with chocolate buttercream and a bittersweet chocolate glaze.

 

Piña Colada Cake

Coconut cake filled with pineapple pastry cream and amarena cherries. Frosted with rum buttercream.

We cover all cakes with a layer of fondant for a clean look.
